3 MEN CAUGHT HUNTING HARES

A couple of guys I know have been done earlier on this year... one got a 2 month ban & £500 fine, the other one a 2 year ban and £2000 fine

A few of the guys are having their dogs put to sleep or rehoming to pet homes...

They deserve to be sent to jail for coursing summer hares for feck sake  :realmad: shows there dogs arn't capalbe of catching good winter hares

Mates just had a 3month driving ban for coursing.

Oh and if you don't pay the fine and go to jail to be spitroasted by some Hairyarsed Lifer you've still got the fine to pay when you come out

i dont know about the spitroasting :sick: but if sentenced for not paying the fine it would definately be sqaushed as only compansation is still to pay after a sentence

Not necessarily, I know of one exception to that, if you get sent down for VAT dodging, that's still to pay when you come out, so maybe like the badger laws they are making these up as they go along tha b****rds.

They deserved it ,Its all big estates up that way they must have known the score .Ive got a bit of lamping ground up there and if you lamp anther bit of ground gammies ,farmers areout to see whats going on

they deserve it?, thats like you are agreeing to the ban, even if it was summer time, anyone who has coursed properly would run a summer hare with a young dog to start it off. :realmad:

as the law stands we are all poaching if we get caught coursing!

fair points shaun, Im pretty sure most on here have killed a milky doe of some kind in the hopes of getting a young dog an easy start.

Too true mik ,Thanks to guys like that weve taking to shooting the hares to get a bit of piece on the ground i do shame really as a hares a bit of a rarity on some ground here ,But it will help these guys sell there pups when there at the beer tent at a show claiming yep its a 3/3 hare dogs but they wont say it was in JUNE :sick:

this is my neck of the woods & these b*****ds have been running hares all year round sv if you knew them you would not stick up for them we cannot do fuk all because these fuckers are spoiling it  :realmad: the local police now havea unit to catch lads hunting with dogs i kill more game in this area than anyone but im discreet these muppets just park there transit van anywhere & some of them were caught last year so they ran & left there dogs. so we dont even bother much with hares as the ground is to hot, give me a run at a summer buck anyway but evry man to his own .

I had one of them chap at my door last summer at 10.30 at night looking to buy a dog if he knew me he would of known you will get a very angry man with a belly full of vodka answering at that time of night lets just say hes not been back   :realmad:

if its the same folk as ime thinking it is they deserve everything they get , not only do they f**k up the ground and make it hot but they piss landowners right off and imprint into every farmer or landowners head that all dog men a pikies jipos theiving scum basterds ! it was only last week up this way that there has been a spate of farmers getting up out of there nest in the morning to find there livestock roaming free due to these theving c**ts nicking the gates and letting all the livestock out to roam , this isnt a new thing and if it isnt gates there hoisting its (RED) if it isnt red its quads if it isnt quads its ivorwilliams tralors if it aint tied down its gon !!!! its not the hare coursing that the farmers are botherd about ! its what comes with it ! these arnt my words this what a farmer told me the other week when i askt him for permish to do the rabbits with the dog , i must say i have to agree with him ....................
