Rabbithunter 456
As many of you know, this is my wee bitch pup that hasn't had much work into her, as she is only 10 months old. I know of a few fields that are bordered by rabbit fencing, I usually find that rabbits find it hard to get back through the fencing on a night. I was thinking of taken the dog out tonight (if my brother will take me to the place) and trying to run a few of these bunnie's. Now although she hasnt much experience i think a few short slips wouldn't do her any harm, i give her a run the other night and she ran down the beam about 60yards. Opinions please, should i do it or wait until there is an experienced dog on hand to run aside her? Cheers Quote Link to post
Simoman 110
Its a case of suck it and see. At 10 months i'd try her on a few easy slips, just make sure you get between the rabbits and the fencing, good luck...... Quote Link to post
