THLpatrick 555
When my dog chases rabbits he normally sections out the furthers one, he always get close but i dont think ive ever seen him snap but im always a distance away myself because where only out mooching for a walk, anyway my brother said something that made me think, will he just naturally grab it if he can or what? he always wants to chase them but being mid day and 5yards from there bush with a 30yard distance its not likely to happen, just had to ask, i think he would personally just been bothering me, dying for him to get an easy rabbit. Ideation 8,217
Get a light and go and pick out a squatter far far from home, he'll nail one, i'm sure. If not, scope out a place you know young bunnies are and go in the evening and see if you can drop lucky on one, or push one out of cover for him. Go back and look at all the advise you were given when you first mentioned trying to start him hunting 1 Quote Link to post
