(I put the topic here as didn't want to specific it as gundogs if it ventures to other areas). Have you worked them? If so, what for? If you want to give a bit of info, feel free. Already a good retriever, and he was working it with ferrets, ratting and bushing and as a general working dog. He isn't on much now. PM if you'ld like me to phone him. poacher3161 1,766 Posted May 11, 2011 Report Share Posted May 11, 2011 Seen one work with a goshawk a few years back on an hawking holiday in scotland never seen a dog so tuned into working with a gos as this smooth haired vizla bitch was he was also working her with a collar on that transmitted a sighnal [bANNED TEXT] she went on point out of sight.Its a dog i would definately consider if i wanted a dog to work with B.O.P.
