Rats

Is anyone having a shortage of rats,have been trying to

find some for me terrier to bring her on.Every other

year there has been plenty but not now i need some(sods

law).

while someone's mentioning rats... if someone puts poison down for them, how long does it last?

 

 

as for shortage of them, christ no! they are everywhere!

weve had a bit of a shortage, mostly due to us being late around the covercrops tho

i used to take the air rifle to the pheasant feeders

others years and could spend hours shooting the little

sods but there just isnt any,the game keeper said

there just isnt any.there is a new fella living on the

estate who has previously dealt with rats for a living

maybe he is doing too good a job.

Have got permission for squirrels,would they be too much

for a 10 month terrier to start on.

squirrels it is then,she is a fell terrier,i have

no doubt she will tackle them just wanted to get

her a rat first cause i dare say a squirrel bite

is worse than a rat.hoped she could get her

technique down first.Dont want her on rabbits

am hoping she will make it on fox(fingers crossed)
