RWS .20 Pellets Please

Recommended Posts

I have just noticed on a thread on another forum that RWS have started producing .25 caliber Hollow Points and Superdomes.

I am left wondering why in that case they don't produce any pellets in the infinately more practical and probably more popular .20 caliber.

With H&N FTT having some negative feedback from some users in recent batches, it leaves just Bisley Super Fields as the only other lighter weight .20 domed pellet.

I wondered if like myself, others who use or are keen to consider a .20 caliber airgun would lobby RWS to show an interest in them producing a Superdome or a Superfield Pellet on the link below.

Best regards

I'd go for that, Shepp, I'd love to try Super Fields in .20.

I don't really think that's the case, Bob. If you take Sheridan out of the picture, it's only really Walther and Anchutz who supply .20 barrels to the main manufacturers these days....

Cheers.

Trouble with .20 Calibre is that several manufactures made Barrels

Resulting in need for different Head sizes

But manufactures made heavier .177's which rather kill .20 Air Calibre :whistling:

BOB/R

I love using .177 Bisley Magnums in my HW100, for me a perfect combination, but heavy pellets are not ideal for a spring gun.

A lighter .20 pellet would be a better to use than a .177 heavier pellet in the same model of spring gun.
