air gunner 0
Right so I have my sgc but im still 17.... so i cant buy a gun, however I have a friend who is willing to lend me one of his shotguns. I know that I can only be in possession of the gun for 72 hours before it has to be put on my ticket, however is it legal for someone to lend a shotgun under the same conditions as normal to a 17 year old? I will go and pick it up, Use it for a day or two and then give it back, is it as simple as him giving it to me and then I make sure its back in his hands within 72 hours? cheers. Quote Link to post
halamrose 24
I think that work or you may be able to have the gun on both tickets, what do others think? Halam Quote Link to post
cunninghamb 2
Yes, you can be lent a shotgun for up to 72 hours with out informing the chief constable, this still applies if you are under 18 Quote Link to post
Dan_Mercian 27
I think aslong as your stopped and you "lent it at 12am the previous day" your always safe Quote Link to post
