blan89 159 Posted March 20, 2011 Report Share Posted March 20, 2011 ive only had a 'real' lurcher 2 years,i used to have a lot of fun as a kid trying to catch rabbits with the family dogs (German Shepards a couple of staffs and 1 rescue lurcher 'type') as a kid,I joined the Army at 17 and wasnt in a position to have a dog until I left 2 years ago,i actually picked the pup up the day after i left lol i'd wanted a lurcher since i can remember. It's easy for us long timers to bring down newcomers, everyone does it in every form of life. me, I prefer to give someone a chance and this was the reason I wanted to hear you guys stories.......
