CarraghsGem 92 Posted March 14, 2011 Report Share Posted March 14, 2011 ive 2 saddleback X tamworth X old spot piglets newly housed in the field i have rented, they are 7wks old 1 black boar, 1 ginger sow what age am i best off killing them for a spit roast? which of the 2 would be the better pig for the spit roast? or would i be better off with a different breed of pig? does anyone have instructions for the best way to cook the pig?
