killer 5 9
Ive had a Bellman and Flint locator for two seasons now but every time i set out to use it the batteries in the box are flat. I have noticed that after it has been turned off for a while it beeps a couple of times and wondered if it was contiuing to do so and flattening the batteries. Just wondered if any body else is experiencing the same thing or if I have a faulty one!! Quote Link to post
chilli 381
Make sure you keep the magnet away from the box as this can make the electronics come on without you knowing & drain the batteries Quote Link to post

Relentless 12
the magnet does make the box beep every now and again if its kept to close to it for long periods of time. i phoned the shop i got it from and they told me it was possible that the magnet i was useing was causing an interfearace with the box, i was usein a stronger magnet than the one supplied, maybe that was my problem, Quote Link to post
