chimp 299 Posted February 10, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 10, 2011 cheers ducky but i think i done it . ive done away with the paddle board etc and now have a wire going from the sliding door to the bait, as the door was to heavy for the fox to shift the bait i used a linear bearing and pin which are teflon coated, works a dream Quote Link to post
akton 15 Posted February 10, 2011 Report Share Posted February 10, 2011 I use a simple wire hook made out of bent galvanised steel and a wire trace used for piking for the trip wire, this is connected to the wire hook on the door and also on the plate or paddle board. as soon as the fox steps onto the paddle board it trips causing the wire hook to disengage and the door to close Quote Link to post
