I`ve had exactly the same type of day with my CZ 452, just fitted a Hawke sidewinder ,tuned the trigger as well.

I started a new batch of Remmy subs and think they are the culprit,, Bitch of a day though,,100 rounds and not happy with the results at all.

Will crack on again during the week and try and get it sorted,

Stu after totally stripping and cleaning your rimmy, you might need a few rounds thru it normally after a total clean you do get sporadic shots and rezeroing

pain in the ass,

But I also agree with shyte scopes aswell mate

Point number one, NEVER attempt to zero a sight from a single shot. Fire a group of three or four minimum first, then adjust according to MPI.

Point two, If you've scrubbed the barrel out, it will take a few shots to recoat the barrel with whatever lubricant your particular round uses.

Point three, check, and then double check, that all the screws are tight. Nothing causes zero loss like a loose mounting screw, stock screw or similar.

Unless the scopes have taken a knock, they shouldn't be losing zero with a very low recoil rifle like the LR. Check that the screws that hold the turrets on are sufficiently tight that the turrets will hold position (though not so tight that it takes a lot of force to move them to change POI)

You would probably benefit from a better scope, especially if you are shooting in low light, but I wouldn't recommend spending a load of cash on a scope for a .22, they simply don't need the money spent on them (though of course if you have the money burning a hole, more money will almost always buy you a better scope, though that might not improve your shooting it can hardly harm it!)

I use a Hawke scope on mine, cost me £50, has IR, parralax adjustable objective and mildot reticule, zooms from 3x to 9x and has never shown any inclination to lose zero, even after the odd knock or two.
