The one 8,598 Posted February 3, 2011 Report Share Posted February 3, 2011 We went out ferreting today and the first rabbit that bolted had the old myxi then the second one bolted and it had one eye closed .I thought sod setting twenty to fifty nets for a myxi rabbit so i started just dropping the ferrets in and letting the lurcher catch them . i had a couple of digs at 1/2 foot to get a odd rabbit out ,but izzat lad got a reading of nine foot so i said pick up your nets have a cuppa and we will see how it goes after that the rabbit bolted .So i think we where quite lucky and ended the day with sixteen . It was blowing a gale and i thought we can come back and lamp this tonight themn about half three the rain started and its coming down sideways now and there talking about ninty mile a hour winds Quote Link to post
