can any body explain wat the black is for and wat it lights up like and would like to know wat the rest of them are for and the best conditions to use them in thanks lads

black is to use with night scopes i thinck? colours r for lamp shy rabbits to trick them?but they say other things to sell them :thumbs:

Alright mate, just a quick run down for ya...

 

Infra red filter - thats the black one, lets out no visible light to the naked eye, you use them with night vision.

 

Red filter - normaly use them when the animals have become lamp shy, dont kick out that much light, making them good for light discipline (When your not suppost to be there...)

 

Blue filter - normaly used when snow has layed or when its foggy, good for highlighting the contrast between snow/fog and your quarry.

 

Not sure about amber filters, suppost to be good in stormy weather and when your looking for charlie?

yea mate it would cut through it a bit,i would just use the orange and red one

its all right using a filter for lamp shy quarry but soon as every other person who decides to lamp your land gets them selves one it is no use ....

 

and its also best to try a couple of differant filters on your land see which one spooks your quarry less... i found red shite when i lived in durham but found blue great
