Just pay the dough for proper treatment, otherwise you could be waiting for results from some nettle to do the trick and comes to nothing, and you've put your dog through another 3-4 days of hell and ya'l still end up forking out mate, ATB Dan.

It was just normal Drontal Plus that cleared them (and a load more but I didn't have the camera handy hahaha)

I think Drontal are around £3 a tablet, I wouldn't be risking using anything less effective for that price, and of course with a pup you get 4 doses out of 1 tablet.

Ah, I understand what you were saying now!

I've only got 1 dog so if it's only a couple of quid I'll stick with the genuine Drontal, am somehow reassured to know it's all tested etc and safe (unless you're a worm haha)

was that a black liquid mate?used to get that from ireland for the racing greys many years ago.squirt it down thier throats stank to high heaven.however was a great wormer.also used to give them a small amount of washing soda crystals in a bit butter.made them sick cleared out thier throats of sand from the track.dont suppose that is needed for a lurcher right enough.but certainly something i reg done with the racers.

yep i used to use a big syringe to get it down them.remeber asking a vet if he could make it up for me,but he needed the ingriedents and there was none on the bottles i used to buy.one good thing about southern irelands chemists they sold you lots of stuff over the counter, that wasnt available in the uk.if any irish lads can get garlico i would certainly pay te postage and cost if its still on the market.
