Rabbithunter 456 Posted January 9, 2011 Report Share Posted January 9, 2011 we got blocked in today by farmers & police, as we were just about to leave, a was in me jeep and me pal was in his van. his van has a rear seat that he bolted in himself. the police trying to do him for carrying a passenger in a dangerous manner. now, the lad was sitting in the back but the van was stopped and the engine off.... hes going to be getting a summons, what do you think his chances are? fireman 11,513 Posted January 9, 2011 Report Share Posted January 9, 2011 If you were blocked in then i take it you were on private land and it shouldn't matter,like you said you were just pulled over having a little cuddle in the back of the van and when you were going to leave you all would have sat in your proper seats.They'd have to say you weren't on the road because of the reason they blocked you in,you were on private land and trafic laws don't count there .
