just a question that ive been thinking about how do i go about taking a 12G over to ireland.

 

I have friends over there and was wondering how i take my shooter over there to do a shoot with them.

 

any help would be great,

 

Also same with dog's whats route do you have to take, and any price's if known

i'm not to sure about the dogs i don't think there should be many problems with them,

 

how ever you do need to apply for a non resisidents firearms cert, and also have An eu firearms pass, for your weapon stating make model type, ammount of ammo carried or to be carried...

 

price for firearms cert should be around 35 quid and the eu firearms pass can be filled out at your local station and only take a week or two,

 

heres the application form for the non resisidents firearms cert i've dug it out for you to save you the agro,

 

read it carefully, as the police are sticklers for crossing the t's and dotting the i's

My mate over their is on his way back home with his dog the day , no problems! its not like France or anything like that!!

just jump on board the boat
