I did the blanket trick as advised on here and job done . the only bummer is last summer I repaired a water leak in the wifes Puma and like a nob only put a litre of Antifreeze in . the water in the hoses was frozen solid as was the resovoir! thankfully I checked under the bonnet before fireing it or it could of been costly, I then read that if water is frozen in the block it can crack the block? all defrosted now and topped up with 3 Litres of Antifreeze....
