Axholme Ferreter 0
Im fairly new to snaring rabbits, only been at it a few weeks but with fairly good results. Just been doing a bit of searching on the internet and found the DEFRA Code Of Practice for Snaring. http://www.defra.gov.uk/wildlife-countrysi.../snares-cop.pdf The thing is it talks about having a stop on a rabbit snare 5 inches from the end. I knew about stops on Fox wires but this is the first time I have heard of this on rabbit snares. Has anyone tried using stops on rabbit snares? Does is make them less effective? What has anyone used for a stop? All the best AF Quote Link to post
