foxing in the snow

thinking of going out tonight with the 243 for a squeak and a possible kill would would i need to take

ie night vision or lamp or both as the ground is very bright never done shooting in the snow

A good vantage point, As they'll hear you coming before you even get near them otherwise, warm clothes, something warm to take ie. hot drink if possible,

and of course all the essentials for night shooting after that.

 

i normally set a tarp up between 2 trees also just to keep the snow or showers off if i have to stay in one place.
