k9delboy 138
Ive been lucky enough to hunt red and gray fox and coyotes with foxhounds in Georgia. Ive also hunted bob cat with cat hounds, racoon with coon hounds, white tail deer with lurchers and possum and armadillo. Coon hunting at night was my favourite along with hunting coyotes in a 500 acre pen in Alabama. A guy from this site went out to Canada this year and i managed to set him up with a few digs with my mates terriers for which he couldnt thank me enough. Im hoping to go out next year to hunt hog and bear with hounds in Jacksonville and im lookng forward to this. Also goin to Ozz next week for a month for a holiday and have sorted out a few days at the Yarra glen and Lilydale hunt. The huntsman here originally comes from Scotland so again im looking forward to this. Guess as far as hunting is concerned, ive been one of the lucky ones. I also took up riding last year for the 1st time ever and have had the honour of whippin in to the L&R Foxhounds and before anyone starts, i am not a rich man. I work for the gas board to pay for all my trips and there is a lot of guys on here who can vouch for me. If anyone on here is thinking of goin across the pond and wants to hunt, im sure i could help by giving a contact or too as long as someone can vouch for them.
