dai dogs 2,141 Posted November 27, 2010 Report Share Posted November 27, 2010 walking the local hill today didnt get far when a fox got up. unfortunately he didnt get far when i looked at the carcas noticed there was only one ear and the tip of the tail was missing. iv had them in the past with three legs even had one with one eye years ago.anyone else come across them like this? ReggieCuz 18 Posted November 27, 2010 Report Share Posted November 27, 2010 Never had a mangled fox, but in Australia some unscrupulous types would cut the ears of sows and boar pigs so hunting dogs couldn't get a hold of them and so they could continue to breed and keep the feral pip population up. I've seen plenty of lame, mangy, sick looking city foxes around though. Quote Link to post
