runforyourlife 361
feckin backward taff twats.. is sheep shagging still on the list........lol............ Cheeky cnut! Yes i didnt doubt you in anyway.... Look at the list, unless the rspb mag is wrong each quarter... It will be changed... Maybe it will, they've been off the list for ages in the rest of the UK & were specifically added back to the Welsh list a few years back IIRC. If they're that rare in other parts of the UK, then I can understand how you guys might enjoy seeing them. I see literally thousands of them in a day if I'm out and about, and even if I don't go out I still see a few hundred throughout the course of the day. They're currently eating £4 of seed & insect mix every other day here, so I've cut it back a bit. There's plenty of food out there for them, hence the large numbers of the still about here. Are they there all year around? Some birds stay resident but alot fly in from europe(scandanavia, itlay, russia).. The northern european birds, go to the north of our country and the south the southern end.. maybe your lucky that your seeing them all the time pal.

Malt 379
We get the odd few throughout the year but we get the large numbers in the winter.
