Skinny 29 Posted November 19, 2010 Report Share Posted November 19, 2010 Friend of mine offered me a bag of fish pellets for feeeding the dogs. I was not too keen the protein content is over 49%. And there are other things in it I dont know about. Any one experience of this. I cant see the point and wonder if its dangerous or bad for the dogs. Quote Link to post

stormyboy 1,352 Posted November 19, 2010 Report Share Posted November 19, 2010 I give mine halibut pellets now and then-very oily and good for the coat.Not too many as they can lay on fat quickly if fed too many. Makes their breath a bit fishy though-you wouldn't want to kiss 'em! Quote Link to post

I OVERDOSED A GOOD DOG ONECE AND COULD NOT FIGUREOUT WHY HE WAS BLOWING HARD AND MISSING EASY ONES.I CUT HIS PROTIEN RIGHT BACK AND HE CAME BACK ON EVEN STRONGER. Quote Link to post
