my relay for my heater plugs has gone, just wondering if any other relays of any other motors will do or is there any other way round it, like putting a switch to warm the pugs up, just asking before i go to main dealers, any info much appreciated,

The relay is made by toyota iv just done mine got one from the scrap yard for a pound you will need a 10ml spanner ,when i took the old one of ,it still took its time to start ,i removed the glow plugs and they were carboned up paid £30 pound for 4 and it starts when i show it the key ,tip if you check your glow plugs get your engine realy warmed up and spray them with wd40 they will come out realy easy but take your time atb :thumbs:

thanks pal, i ended up getting a new relay for just under a tenner, it has no name on it, just a 12 v relay and its done the job, think its the same type as you find on mini's, so im told, i checked my heater plugs and they were fine but think ile replace them any way, thanks for the info, atb
