Guest pikey
ferret uk, to be honest 2-4 miles a day of steady walking, should keep her in good fit condition, drop back the food a little, its always best to have your dog in good fit condition you never know when she may be called to do a few hours in ground Quote Link to post
rob reynolds uk 3
first off its eating more than its burning off ,so cut back on the high cal stuff ..check what it says on the bag or can ....second stick the bugger out side and not in the house so it gets to run about ..Exersize is the number one thing in loseing weight as well as cutting back .. tell the misses no tit bits stick to your diet plan ...most places will charge you loads of money for your dog to lose wieght and all they do is feed you dog bread and water for a week it drops off the dog really quick ..not saying it good for your dog but one week wont kill it ..but it does work...a dog will eat any thing if it hungery so dont give in if you give the dog some thing and it dont want it ..you can give the dog rice insted of bread..
