first trip out this season

well as it goes i went out with the lurcher last night on the lamp.(had 5 rabbits on lamp) well got to this field flicked the lamp on and as soon as we lit the field up the rabbits were off and runing (lamp shy to f**k) but i said to a mate of mine i will keep the lamp on and see where they were going and sure anuff they all ran in the sets at the bottom of the field at this point we dint no there where any down there (sets) as we have never lamped this place before so i said to me mate we will get up and go ferret it in the morning as they where all open sets..6:30am soon come round and we were off ferrets in box nets on back ferret finder and collers cheack shovel cheack.well as we got to this field sure enough we seen rabbits run down the sets agen. got to the first set netted up as soon as i put the ferret in BUMP BUMP one bolts then 2 bolts thats it for the first set. well get to the next set nets on ferrets down BUMP BUMP agen waited for 5mins then one bolts then to witch ive never seen before 2bolt in one net and we get them both (always a first for all) well day goes on and we ended the day on 10 with no digs or missers lol well wont abad day ferreting this is the first outing this season and the young ferrets are doing really well.. thanks for reading atb hunters
