hi thanks for every one who has helped me out with info and long nets i went to me local field today to just run it out had to trys and i dnt think i did that bad sure with bit more practise ill get quicker and better

 

 

 

 

 

 

this net is green but due to taken pics on me fone it a diffents colour

me old man made them for me and i got the net from a lad on here 34 with p&p theres alot of baggin i took that pic soon as i put it out but i moved alot over to bits were there wasnt much looks better now

think its about 6 mm and me dad got this machine in his work bends them 2 what size you want

how many poles would u use on a 50 yard net ?

well 1 pace is approx a yard, so 5 paces would equal 5 yard, so maybe 8 to 10 poles, dunno if thats exact as never used long nets, but ya net looks good anyway

i used 7 poles ill use 10 next time but im sure someone with alot of experence in longnetting will corrected me soon

just bend the metal rod around a bit of drain pipe

and get someone to weld the ring together
