takman511 42
went out for a spot of rabbiting yesterday we got to the land after a 30min drive got the gear out and dog marked 1st hole so put about 20 nets on soon 1st 1 bolted , i sorted that while danny put net back on, when he went to put net on another rabbit sat at entrance of hole so he grabbed that 1 passed it to me to sort and then the ferret came out tried him back in , he had another look round but nothing else in. We then walked down the hedge and dog not marking untill we were just about 20 yards from bottom of field. We put about a dozen nets on and in seconds another in the net sorted that but nothing else in so up wi nets and we walked along the bottom of field with a steap drop of about 8ft. into a running beck not very deep though. dog marked up so we put another 7 nets on here entered ferret about a minute later a stoat shot out pigging dog missed it cos of fence next to bolt was a rat with an eye missing , i think the stoat must of been having a go at the rat . the last pic is where the stoat and rat came out.
