Grousekeeper84 2
Minox are a bloody good set of bino's of the money mate i think they might be up to the £250 mark depending on model but I would say they are about as good as you get without shelling out for the likes of Swarovski, leica or zeiss. nobo 1
Get your self to a good shop and have a look at them all, some good ones out there for not a lot of money this day and age,as Grousekeeper84 has said the Minox range are boosters but if you have got ££££ to splash Swarovski ELs 8x32 are the dogs, My old man has got a pair of these Avian for birding and he loves them http://www.acecameras.co.uk/asp/web/ph/cat/prodtype/1291/prodtype.asp Edited October 9, 2010 by nobo Quote Link to post
activeviii 8
Have a look at the opticron range. i have the Oregon 8x42 and for £100 im more than happy with them. waterproof, clear optics, good at dawn/dusk and a very good, long, UK warranty, should you need it. a good friend had some swaros and after using mine for a few days he sold his, bought the same as min and pocketed £700 towards a new rifle. says it all really.
