Rabbithunter 456
Righto folk's, as we know, dogs chase cat's. Some dogs will just chase them for fun, and won't attack them, much like my labrador. Now, my lurcher stays outside in the kennel/run so imagine my suprise this morning when i went up to clean the run out when i seen a kitten come out of the run... the dog was still in bed. She was obviously too busy snuggling up in her kennel to realise there was a cat in her run. But i am wondering, should this happen again and the dog tears it to piece's, lawfully what could be done against me? My immediate reaction would be nothing can be done, as my dog is kennelled up and the cat is "trespassing" But im sure the RSPCA would do everything in their power to prosecute somehow???? Anyway, this particualr kitten, i doubt will come back to the garden, as soon as my labrador was let out, it took off over the garden fence like a rocket into space :11: Please note, i am not sterotyping that all dogs kill cats by saying this ""happen again and the dog tears it to piece's"" just pointing out it could happen, but as we know some dogs & cats can get on together
witton 6
If a cat came into my kennels the inside of the kennel would be painted red and the dogs would get a nice feed

COMPO 54
in british law cat's are classed as wild animals, THEY ARE NOT CONSIDERED DOMESTICATED, (thats why you dont have to report the accident if you run one over) and as we all know wild animals belong to whoever's land they are on at the time
