split paw

Recommended Posts

As long as it's not too bad and doesn't need stitching just make sure it's clean and give it some rest...it should heal fine.

+1

But i cant stress enough how easy they split again take it real easy lead walking no running not even in the garden, And it should a 100% in no time....

It really depends on the cut, size, depth, and where on the foot/pad it is,

I just dip there feet in salty water 3/5 times aday, And when you thinks its ready give it another week cause it will open, And your put back another fornight...

I tried cut and heal that was recommended on here on my lurchers paw she had taken the top right off on her large pad on front paw used this twice a day for 10-12 days results were fantastic and she was back out walking for a few days then running all good at 15 days.
