puff balls

hi all as any one ever eaten giant puff balls if so what is the best way to cook them? as when i was out for awalk with lurchers i found bout 6 but olny took one to try atb minzy

some kind of mushroom ithink mate seen it on river cotage but mist the bit when they cooked them lol just tipe giant puff balls in google it shud come up mate

seen them on river cottage......amazing things...we only get small ones round here.
