spanj 11
We've been offered some wheat thats just been cut & is still green and in the husk. Will this be OK for feeding pheasants later in the season or are we better getting the stuff thats been dehusked (????) and put through a drier ? Any constructive comments welcome. 2434me 13
If its still green it won,t store anyway !!By the end of the season it will be mouldy black soup !. Scatter it about just now and they will pick in amongst it just fine .It will keep them occupied at least and they will get feeding from it . Quote Link to post
NEHunter 14
I agree with above. It won't store over the season, it has to be dryed for that. But it will make good scattering about stuff for now. Have a good season. Atb Quote Link to post
