Irish Game & Country Fair

Recommended Posts

The web site www.irishgameandcountryfair.com has finally been fully updated. Sorry for the delay but we were finalising some very important attractions in order to deliver the best Game Fair ever in the ROI.

As you can see from the competition structure, the action packed main arena programme and the range of attractions there is something to interest the whole family and when one throws in access to the excellent gardens, science museum etc in the estate one can see the fair provides superb family entertainment at a reasonable price.

The fair has the support of all the main sporting bodies and if I single out the stand of the NARGC you will see why, because Des and his team have literally provided a 'show within a show'. It really is a 'must visit' at the Fair.

The tented village grew so quickly that we effectively stopped taking bookings some weeks ago except for anything that is really interesting and while other events boast of huge numbers of stands only to disappoint we really do have nearly 200 stands and will possibly pass that as we are getting nearly a dozen enquiries per day.

Next week we will be publishing a FREE downloadable and printable guide to the fair on our web site.

For those that can't get to the Fair and for ex pats the highlights of the Fair will be televised by www.fieldsportschannel.tv. We believe that the Great Game Fairs of Ireland at Shanes and Birr are of the quality that we can take them to an international audience and both channels that we have used agree with us.

as you know we welcome constructive criticism and respond to it - hence the very rapid improvements in prize structure for the terriers, lurchers and whippets. Look forward to seeing you at Birr - critics especially welcome!
