squeeking a fox in

hi guys , i recently bought a acme predator call and im wanting to know exactly what the best meathod of squeeking a fox within range is , and the best time to do it . bare in mind i only have a 12 bore not a rifle ,soit will need to be pretty close range.there is plenty about this year so i think i might have a pretty good chance , thanks

I'd say you would be better getting out and watching your landscape to see where foxes are moving, they are a creature of habit and often travel the same routes at similar times. Keep yorself down wind and get tucked in(better in a highseat) and prepare for a long sit.

Try prebaiting a area  and when your sure there lifting your bait try a few calls there and see how it goes .another option is just randomly calling when you out camo up and sitting still or at night when your lamping but watch your wind <br>

What damage is fox do ? If you no see damamge or destruct anywhere, why you wish to kill fox which not there ?

If you see damage or if for egsample you have dead chicken, then cull fox !

 

When you hunt rabbit , after clean ,keep all intestin & belly rubbish, put in bucket & keep with lid on. Put bucket in area of fox ,take lid off ! wind blow smell across field, you sit wait 100metre away & squeek, with split leaf .When you see fox....booooooom Problem solv

I have done this when living in Australia.

 

Position yourself downwind of a patch of bush you think holds a couple and let out a squeal. Have yourself ready so that you can shoot when opportunity presents without too much movement. Evening was our most productive time. We had more success finding them at night with a spotlight and whistling them within range of a 22.

not that i have to explain my self to you but, were i live there is a huge amount of foxes about and as there is a unmanaged wild bird only shoot on the farm on wich i live i have been asked to help bring down the numbers , in exchange for a couple of days shooting .

 

and dont worry i will cull fox cuz fox do much damage . i do have dead chicken lot and lot of dead chicken is why i kill fox

This no sound to me like you see too oft , maybe i mistake. Use method i say, or similar, you suseed.

Fox also like bad made pizza from take-away..good bait

my dad and i see the fox evey day ,it comes over to eat the after-birth from the cows . its just about getting it within range . thats why i asked .simples
