Amazing service from the Norweigans at Helle knives

Whilst hiking last week my 2 year old helle harding knife snapped at the tang while I was making a firestick nearly taking my hand off in the process. I rang helle based in Norway today and without quibble or fuss was asked to e-mail my details and one picture of the broken knife in return for a brand new knife to be shipped out to me, not a bad trade if you ask me Big up the Norweigans

That's good news indeed! Leatherman are good as well as they keep to their promise that if their multi tools break within 25 years they will replace it with an identical model or one of a similar price. My fathers ten year old multi tool broke last year (I broke it) and he was given a replacement straight away once he'd sent the broken one away.

All I've got to send is a picture of the broken knife Well pleased really considering my lurcher pup had only recently personalised the top of the rosewood handle for me I was gutted but now I got a new one for the price of a phone call and a slice on me hand
