You shouldnt have to pay a customs charge if its been dilivered with in the uk, i would get on to the company who sent it out to you and find out why you need to pay this charge. Guest it's all my land after 12 Posted August 28, 2010 Report Share Posted August 28, 2010 (edited) ABOUT TIME it (stronghold) arrived today friday 20/8/10 ......... 21 days from ordering FINE if you plan out when your dogs are due for fleaing/worming or if you keep a stock, Decided to take a punt and ordered a years supply for my two, hasnt arrived yet but at least there is hope if your stuff arrived. glad you've ordered . . . be interested to see how long it takes coming through, be good if you let everyone know of arrival (please) best regards IAMLA12. Went and collected the bits from the post office today, apparently the postage charge is something to do with the value being over £40? Im quite happy to pay it still though as its still way cheaper than from the vets. Im not quite sure when i ordered maybe 14 days ago or somethin, so overall im quite impressed really - much better than the reviews on line would lead you to believe.
