Got a note through the door there is a charge of £15 to pay(customs charge?), and havent collected it yet!

You shouldnt have to pay a customs charge if its been dilivered with in the uk,

i would get on to the company who sent it out to you and find out why you need to pay this charge.

Went and collected the bits from the post office today, apparently the postage charge is something to do with the value being over £40? Im quite happy to pay it still though as its still way cheaper than from the vets.

Im not quite sure when i ordered maybe 14 days ago or somethin, so overall im quite impressed really - much better than the reviews on line would lead you to believe.

follow the link lads and lasses, the company have very poor service and look to be more trouble than they're worth

if you ordered and had no problems then you were very lucky indeed

Maybe I am look I see 30 or so posts on that link and not all are bad how many have had it right like me???? I've also ordered hundreds of pounds worth of stuff at a time and never had to pay a cutsom fee
