arcticgun 4,548 Posted July 31, 2010 Report Share Posted July 31, 2010 just started mine behind the bike, giving then both a straight 5 mile 3/4 times a week, they get around 5/7 miles a day walk as well, about half of that free running, when on the bike I keep a steady pace, on the long flats near to home I will up the pace just to get their tounges out, I will eventually increase the distance in a couple of weeks mind that said I haven't had much to do with bikes for years and its left me with a sore arse from the saddle , feels like I have been gang raped ....not nice Quote Link to post
