ian 0
its my mates gun got sent back to bsa yesterday they say it will be back in about 3weeks Quote Link to post
Buster321c 1,010
3 weeks could be a seal inside gone . On the Air Arms the same can happen if the transfer port seal goes , so its a strip and re-new by the sounds of it , but 3 weeks is a bit much . Quote Link to post
ian 0
i did think 3 weeks was a bit much took it to the airgun Centre they said they could not doit send it to bsa Quote Link to post
Phantom 631
Three weeks isn't too much really (well it is but how many BSA's get sent back for service or repair) My view of the problem leaves me to suspect as Craig says, a seal or perhaps a sticky valve thats not opening fully when the hammer hits it. RiffRaff sent his gun (AA Shamal) in for a repair/servicing and when he got it back a couple of years later it still hadn't been done In fact it hadn't even left the shop to go back to AA!
