1st light buck

[FOXHUNTER 5,020]

I arrived on my ground at 4.30am with the hope of mopping up some more foxes after the other night.

 

As I stalked down the edge of a cut grass field I noticed something orange in the bottom hedgerow , a glance through the bins confirmed a buck. As I tried to lie down for a shot though he meandered off out of sight . I proceeded forward and couldnt see him anywhere then I glassed the field below me which was long grass and noticed a buck without a care in the world , whether or not it was the same buck I dont know. He was starting to walk away from me so a quick shout from me and he turned and looked in my direction.

 

Another nice 6 pointer was the result

 

Never saw a fox at all .....
