cci segmented subsonic 22lr

Recommended Posts

Hi Paulus,

i've not tried the segmented rounds but have experienced very poor results with the CCI 40g subs. Lots of fliers and very inconsistent cases. The bolt would close on some but be extremely tight on others.

Been out with your old 1517 hmr tonight for an hour or so, got half a dozen rabbits. Still need some range time with it though to get best results! Hope your well

I think I have about 20+ of the one and only box I ever got involved with left, I'm not that impressed, not using them and not rushing out to get any more.

I rather think this has been debated historically, perhaps worth a look back through the archives.

Before you ask, mine came from the Beretta Gallery in London (GMK), was the only place that had them a few months back!
