Well i spent an hour just sitting about in the wood taking in nature, clearing my head, and decided to try the macro out,

 

light's a real pain when trying to get something so small in shot.... but i'm still learning...

 

freehand...

No 5 is simply lovely, and 6 is classic macro stuff :yes: The first 2 are a bit bright & blurry - it's incredibly difficult to handhold macros when you have such a small depth of focus, and I've found it's often better to under-expose a little.

 

My favourite is the B&W woodland shot :thumbs: but I'd quite like to see a colour version too...

 

The fly isn't blurred enough for me - can still see too much detail there! :icon_eek:

yes i didn't get much time to take the shots, As they were too busy ,doing their daily chores...lol

 

so not much time for changing settings...

 

i'll try underexposing in the same light next time.... thanks.
