Could be hereditary ,if you know what line he is out of make some inquiries ,a bang to the head when young is another possibility for the fits or could it be a stroke?

My Presa started having fits, it was pityful to watch. So i had him put down. Very upsetting but i think it was for the best. He had nearly 7 good years and i was not prepared to watch him suffer. My Lakey had what looked like a fit last week so i will keep my eye on him, if he gets worse he will be be put down too. I love my dogs as much as the next man but i will not let them suffer.

Feel for you pal, wouldn't like it myself,if fits are too frequent it would be better pts,but if you don't work him then medication can controlit if you want to keep the dog for kids, atb,

Higgins
