NORELATION 6
Poor dog has no muscle definition. id be interested to see another photo in a months time after some good feeding and exercise. Do you live near the sea? swimming in the salt water would be the right job for that lad with regard to skin and feet. Quote Link to post

Fair play to you for putting the time and effort in. If he's rescue, how do you know his breeding, or were you just throwing in a best guess? Edited to add, i've just seen the post on his breeding Edited June 1, 2010 by Bosun11 Quote Link to post

NORELATION 6
Poor dog has no muscle definition. id be interested to see another photo in a months time after some good feeding and exercise. Do you live near the sea? swimming in the salt water would be the right job for that lad with regard to skin and feet. iv already tried him in salt water he dont like it Most dont but if you find a decent pier that you can put him in at one end and walk along the pier with a long lead to the shore its great to build up wasted muscles without putting too much pressure on them too fast also good to heal feet and skin. the dog mightent like it but a lot of us dont like medicine but it will help us in the long run. Dont rush him anyway. I had a dog do his cruciate ligament, And it wouldnt heal with rest and wouldnt put weight on while walking. did the routine i spoke of above along a pier in salt water and the muscle built up very fast. the dog has come on leaps and bounds. P.s my dog hated the water but when they are in and realise they have to swim to get to dry land they just get on with it. Quote Link to post
