hi i got me a new dog its a jack russell x with something i just want to no at what age and how or even some tips on how to get it hunting

hunting what? you wanting it to go to ground ,bushing or ratting

i wouldnt start a dog ratting till about 9 month old , try and get some where with plenty of rats your dog will probably want to kill rats most terriers do

bushing most terriers will do any way ,they just seem to pick it up.

going to ground me personally i wouldnt start one till about 18 month old give or take a couple of month but everyones differant .. and easiest way is to let it watch on digs ,then see what happens

cheers mate its for hunting rabbits im not really into rats. if shes gonna do it naturally i dont need to worry to much then. cheers

if its just rabbits mate start taking him out as soon as he jabbed,once he gets the scent he,ll soon mark a bury
