J Darcy 5,871 Posted November 3, 2006 Report Share Posted November 3, 2006 OK, everyone knows i am not too good on these bloody t'internet machines..... i am trying to cut and paste from one picture to another. I cut roundthe detail and then press "cut", i then click "paste" and the image appears on the place i want, but it wont let me drag the pasted bit about, i have tried pressing the hand logo but it will not let me move it...HELP.... Printer 34 Posted November 3, 2006 Report Share Posted November 3, 2006 when you paste onto an existing pic (background layer), it should paste onto a new layer (layer 1) .........should be able to see these if you go to menu 'window' and sub menu 'show layers'. To move it make sure you are using the 'move tool' a solid arrow head with a cross next to it (top left in tool pallet) Printer Quote Link to post Share on other sites
tiny tim 22 Posted November 4, 2006 Report Share Posted November 4, 2006 cut around group of rabbits with polygon lassoo tool ,then press copy..there will now be a copy of the rabs on top of the ones you cut out.it should add another layer as well automatically...use move tool now to position them next to the original...repeat until it looks like you had a decent day out.....good luck Quote Link to post Share on other sites
