Fox earth

Took the dogs out for a walk this evening when I got in from work, I wasnt far from the 1st earth I dug towards the end of the season (I had only just got into digging before the end of the season). Anyway, I had back filled the earth at the end of that dig and thought I would pop by and see if it was in use again.

Two of the four holes looked kicked out and had been in use , I tied the dogs to a nearby tree and got down on my knees to have a good sniff at the 1st hole, I got a real strong smell of fox. When I got down to have a sniff at the other hole, with my head nearly inside, I heard such a rumble not far from the hole. Well ive never moved so fast in my fecking life, I was half expecting old charlie to be hanging off my nose lol.

Anyway, nothing came out the hole to meet me but at least I know its being used. The dogs were wanting in but I wouldnt let them off their leads, I'll be back to it late this year

It was quite tempting but I didnt have the locator or anything with me, I will stay away until the time is right

Not an awful lot to be honest, there are alot of fox shot on the lamp in this area.

when the weathers right it can be not too bad pending [bANNED TEXT] you do mate could dig every week if its urbany i prefer country harder to find but much better test on the dogs finding ability
