venomviper 129
hi ya buddy i did have this problem at one of my permissions and i took the kills i had made to the farmer and showed him plus took pictures of them as well buddy to for safe sake that way my back was covered to buddy plus the pellets i took out of them and kepted them for further referance. the farmer was shocked to say the least buddy as he had a couple of lads shooting on there but has i had taken the time out to show him what had been going on he decided to stop there free shoots and they didnt like me for it but the last thing i want to see is wounded vermin lying all over the place and the farmers grand kids seeing them as well i then helped him sort the fencing out and with the permission of the farmer i put signs up stopping people from shooting on his land or walking through his land to get to the next field as it wasn't a through road or walk way. i still have the farmers land and that was about 7 years now and i still help him bale as well you can always try this if you want it works as they see you are trying to help him as well as keeping his land safe because they look at it as when you are there in the day or night you are there security and eyes and ears buddy this way if people do come on the land you will have full permission of the farmer to escort them off matey as it is private property and the use of fire arms or air rifles are in day use i hope this can help you buddy shay Quote Link to post
festa 206
hi mate it is also possible that they might not be getting shot in your permission they could be getting shot by some numb skull and just ending upon your permission shay's advice is spot on but most of all make sure you cover your own arse mate its very easy to point the blame if you cover your arse and let the farmer know what youve found you should be ok atb gary Quote Link to post
