AzMaN 0
I brought a 6.5x55 off a freind a few months ago that previously belonged to another member of a club who unfortunatly passed away. my friend has shot a few of these rounds but never reloaded them but i have the previous owners reloading data. on the paper i have 139gr Lapua bullets and these look like FMJ yet when i look on midway and suchlike i can only find 139 in hollow point which i assume as i dont have expanding ammunition on my ticket i cant buy. any suggestions??? Factory testing has resulted in 10-shot groups that averaged 50mm at 300 meters. then these would be able to be brought on a normal ticket. although that still dosnt help the fact that the ones i have currently loaded dont look like hollow points and i cant find them on any sites. looks like i may have to start from scratch. Hi Match ammmo for benchrest/target shooting do not need to be added onto your FAC you can buy them over the phone & posted to your door or that used to be the way. Quote Link to post
